In the world of global competition, to create a knowledge society and achieve Excellency in evey wald of life, it has become necessary to deram big and the launch of the "Knowledge Commission" by the Honourable Prime Minister Sh. Narender Modi has further provided impetus to the same.

College are the holy abode of Goddess Saraswati, who plays on the string of Veena the immortal melodies of inspiring and giving vitality. They are also the places, wehre Goddes Minerva plays her intellectual sports in all her youthful vigour. The sounds of Satyam, Shivam, Sundaram echo through the corridors of the college and impart the fragrance of new and beautiful thoughts, truthful reflection and life giving emotions. Commencing a D.Ed. programme a Vision International College of Education is testimony of commitment and vision of Sh. R.N. Saini to impart quality education to students. The first batch of D.Ed. students must have felt while entering the portals of this college that they are entering the holy precincts of Vidya Mandir a temple of learning. Where they will not only learn how to teach but also master the art of living. We can say with justified pride and self confidence that our students are going to bring laurels not only in academics but also I extra-mural, co-curricular and cultural activities. The college is endowed with dedicated teaching faculty which is making every efforts to bring together institution, students and society.
